Cancellation and No Show Policy
Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. Late cancellations and No Shows (includes arriving more than 15 minutes late) create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other patients who need access to medical care in a timely manner. We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel your appointment and we appreciate advance notice when that happens. This helps us be respectful of other patients needs and enables us to give the appointment time to another patient who needs to see us.
Cancelling a Pelvic Floor Center® Appointment
Please call our office by 3:00 p.m. on or before three (3) business days (Monday – Friday) prior to your procedure or appointment to notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel the time that was reserved for you. Pelvic Floor Center® appointments which are cancelled or rescheduled without three (3) business days advance notice will be subject to a $150.00 Deposit requirement prior to rescheduling a new date and time. This deposit is applied to the cost of the procedure or your visit. If the deposit is not needed toward the cost, and you keep your appointment, you will receive a refund. If you fail to keep the appointment, no refund will be given. Patients who reschedule multiple times may see limitations to access future appointments; i.e., scheduled at the end of the day.
No Shows
Patients who do not show up for their Pelvic Floor Center® appointment without a call to cancel are considered a No Show and will be subject to a $150.00 No Show fee. This fee will not be submitted to insurance. It is your responsibility and must be paid in full prior to scheduling your next appointment. Patients who No Show three (3) times may see limitations to access future appointments; i.e., scheduled at the end of the day.

We appreciate being able to care for you. We understand there can be special unavoidable circumstances which may cause you to cancel with short notice. Please let us know if this happens. In these instances the fee may be waived.
